Kysa's Trip North

 Northern Minnesota.  The park we will be riding is called Huntersville State Forest. I think that we will take a tourist afternoon and go to the next park north and visit the very beginning of the Mississippi River.  Cyd is flying in and will borrow one of my horses to ride. And I promise we will post some pictures.

You may need to enlarge the first picture to see what is circled lightly in red! I guessed it was a turkey. I was wrong!

Carol: I thought it was a turkey, too. Kysa told me it was not! Very interesting what it really is!


Here is a picture of where Kysa is camped. BTW, it is even HOT up where they are camping. No riding today, Kysa says.
