Still shopping for Speedy, my short back little guy. Still looking for a saddle thar gets girth away from usual spot because he galls so easy. Never heard of "soft tree." What does that mean?

Bob Marshall saddles are " treeless ".
Not sure about the rigging

generally means treeless - bob marshall though has a permanent pommel so you have to make sure that fits your horse.   some are rigged for y/endurance rigging.

Thanks. I need the Y rigging but not sure about treeless. Ordered a different brand once. Had to send it back because it slipped so bad, mounting, dismounting.
