I truly don't understand how you can interest buyers when you don't provide any details - how many bedrooms, bath, type of house, flooring/well or city water - how many acres , what type of fencing., ride to trails or trailer to trails..etc... pictures can be put in a link if you can't add them here.  I've had several people looking at property but not a single one is interested in trying to pull information out of you.  Maybe just get a realtor if you just can't do more than a few words
