I have to say, that I ended up selling this Tennessee Walker mayor to a friend, 20 years younger than me, and she loves her. Rosie’s problem was that I had acquired Willie and Solo, and now EZ, all of whom have nicer walks than Rosie, as least from my injured back standpoint.  We do like to do some gaiting and every ride, but about 75% of the time we are in a walk or a flat walk.  So I really need that to be a very smooth comfortable gait.  April loves Rosie and is so happy I was willing to sell her. Rosie is loved and doted on. So I think that’s a good thing all around. Now I need to concentrate my working on Willie.  He has an absolutely beautiful walk and flat walk. His gait is very smooth but he sometimes trots.  So we just need to work on always gate, never trot.  But then I would expect this with a young horse.

That's funny NoBite! So maybe he's doing a flat walk most of the time and he racks when he's tense!

I don't have any back problems riding Sunny. Occasionally my hip will act up and I will get a cramp in my leg. I can usually ease it by dropping my stirrups.
