Happy Thanksgiving
« on: November 22, 2018, 03:45:19 pm »

My life has been stretched thin lately caring for my aging father along with everything else I still have to do.  I cancelled the big Thanksgiving dinner for 30 that I usually do.  Just a small dinner with my husband and my parents., just 4.
And God gave me a lovely afternoon, 45, sunny.
I took Molly for a spin around the farm.  I do feel so much better now.

Awesome Kysa.  I am so glad you got to have a nice quiet day with being able to tour the farm in mild weather.

Bitter cold here in New England but quiet here just the way we like it.

Much as I used to enjoy getting together with friends/family for holidays, small and low key can be a much needed opportunity to replenish energy.  Happy day-after-Thanksgiving.

Happy pie for breakfast day!  The right way to do Black Friday...ride with a friend who has a black equine!

And I got another ride in.  The big snowstorm looks like it will track 50 miles south and miss me.

Lots to be grateful for!
