The Shawnee in June
« on: March 19, 2018, 06:17:24 am »

So, how does the Shawnee look in June? Obviously, a lot of foliage! Here's a couple of pictures and a video from last year.

So pretty, we have a trail, locally here in Ohio that looks so much like that.  We certainly are blessed!

Mmmmm, I can almost smell the forest and the creek. I'm looking forward to riding these trails...and summer in general. Thanks for sharing.

We have been in that area too.   Looks like the same area, but it was a few years since we traveled that far west.  We just keep closer to OH and some into KY rather than trying to drive a long distance.  Takes  so much extra time and fuel, and we know so many nice places in the east than west that we can then spend more time riding instead of wear and tare on your truck pulling a big trailer from camp to camp.

But I would love to see a lot more of the country if it wasn't such a hard trip to do and costly with funds.  It sure was fun.

Glad to hear that, Judy.  I am looking forward to enjoying beautiful scenery from on top of my horse.  Life doesn't get any better than that!
