Not the scented kind from bath and body. Just a good hand lotion.

It was either Walmart or Amazon.    Neutrogena has a couple of really nice ones too.

Me, too!!  I love this company for Shea Butter and their soap. Will not use anything else. I know that's odd, but it's that good, IMO. Got a 4-oz jar of their shea butter for Christmas last year. Will not need to get any more for several years. That stuff goes a long way!

I love Suave Smoothing with Cocoa butter and shea.  It smells wonderful and keeps your hands so soft.  I think I bought it at walmart.

Sounds crazy, but my friend started using Mane 'n Tail Hoofmaker, and now I use it too. As hand lotion, I mean.

Another I use regularly.......I have some eczema/psoriasis  like patches on my knuckles.  I really like the Aveeno Eczema moisturizing cream......or the AVEENO┬« ECZEMA THERAPY  Hand CREAM,,,,both are thick and good.....

Read a post in a FB group I belong to that suggests mixing Eucerin cream with water.  Sounds interesting--may just try it with a little bit of Eucerin/little bit of water, to see if it's worth the trouble.

Accidentally discovered that plain old extra virgin coconut oil is best and longest lasting.skin softener/moisturizer.I have ever used. If you are not using it for anything else, you can get a.fairly small jar of.Nutiva.brand.at times from Wal-Mart. Wee use it for cooking, lots of things so we buy it.by the gallon from a bulk oil company, a better quality for.cooking.as.well as skin.
