I am so very sorry:(

It is indeed a blessing if we are fortunate enough to have these special horses enter our lives but twice as hard when we have to send them on.

Sending hugs and warm thoughts:)

So sorry to hear this.
It hurts so bad but you made the right decision.
You have shared so many stories about Shay in the past. We are thankful for that.
Hugs to you- Marilyn

 Kysa,   It truly is the end of an Era,  Shay was an awesome horse, the kind of horse most riders would love to have.
 So sorry she had to leave us.

Kysa, I'm so very sorry!  Shay and TooShay will always have wonderful memories for me, as I'm sure they have for you. Hopefully they will get you through this tough time.  Cyber hugs coming your way ((((()))))

I know it was the right decision.  While she was still in pretty good physical shape, mentally, she was becoming quite frantic.  I had suspected some vision issues, but never dreamed they were so bad.

I felt very raw the first few days, but my brain has taken over and I know I did the right thing.

And so thankful I named my business after her.  Actually, the business name came from a conversation here, and I am quite grateful.  All the good memories will be there every day when I open Too'Shay Tack.

Kysa, I am so sorry to hear this.  I know she was special to you and these decisions are always hard.  Your love for her shows in the way you made the decision instead of just letting nature take its course.  That is true love.

Oh Kysa, that has to be a tough decision indeed.  I've not faced it yet but am dreading the occasion already.  She was a beautiful girl, I'm glad she had you to take care of her and make the best choice for her sake.   {{{{HUGS}}}}
