Reason I don't post pics is I always had so much difficulty doing so, it was too discouraging.

I understand! We are doing our best to figure out what information our members need to simplify this process! It can be a bit daunting as folks have different types of systems, some using their computers, some using their phones or tablets and, of course, everyones' computer knowledge isn't the same. Hang in there and we will do our best to sort this all out. In the meantime, if you want to PM me I will do my best to figure out a good way for you to post pictures based on what you use.
