may not be totally in production yet?   looks like it would be simple to get a welding shop to make one for you.  it looks like a sloping elongated dolly.

The linked website is defunct, and the owner of the Facebook page has not posted since 2011.

I have only two options, buy it already made, or make it myself.  I have only ever spot welded, but maybe I need to learn real welding.  Never too old for new skills, I guess.  Still hoping to find one already manufactured.

I have a welder friend but shipping would not be friendly to you.   Perhaps you could find a welder there to look at the pictures and take on a project?
